Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes. At Cassie Luxury Hair, we only sell premium quality 100% human hair. Our wigs and bundles are cuticle-aligned to minimize tangling and shedding, ensuring a natural look and long-lasting wear.
Can I bleach or dye the hair?
Absolutely. Since our hair is 100% human hair, it can be bleached, dyed, and toned. We recommend having this done by a professional colorist to maintain the integrity and moisture of the hair.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, our hair extensions and wigs can last 1-2 years or longer. The lifespan depends heavily on how well you maintain the hair (washing, conditioning, and storing it properly).
Do the wigs come customized?
Our "Ready to Ship" wigs come lightly plucked. For a fully customized look (bleached knots and heavy plucking), please check the product description to see if customization services are included.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to get my order?
Because we source our premium hair directly from our international distribution centers to give you the best price, our delivery times are as follows:
• Processing Time: Please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your order. This includes payment verification and a final quality check of your hair before it ships.
• Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.
Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Since our inventory is held in global warehouses, we can deliver to almost any country.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
High-quality hair takes time to prepare. Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, we offer exchanges only if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for an exchange:
1. The hair must be in its original state.
2. The lace must generally NOT be cut.
3. The hair must not be washed, styled, or altered in any way.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing your order and cannot accept cancellations.
HAIR CARE TIPS
How often should I wash my wig/bundles?
We recommend washing your hair every 1-2 weeks to remove product buildup. Always use sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes, but always use a heat protectant spray before using flat irons or curling wands. Excessive heat can damage human hair just like it would your natural hair.
