At Cassie Luxury Hair, we are committed to providing you with premium quality hair extensions and wigs. We take great pride in our product quality and strict quality control checks.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products and federal health/hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or if you simply decide the style does not suit you. Hair extensions and wigs are considered hygienic products and cannot be resold once they have left our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only offer replacements or refunds in the unlikely event that: 1. You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong length, texture, or origin).
2. The item arrived defective or damaged.
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Conditions for a Valid Return/Exchange
If a return is approved by our team due to an error on our part, the following conditions must be met:
• The Lace Must NOT be Cut: If the lace has been cut or trimmed in any way, the item is void of return.
• Original Condition: The hair must be in its original state—unwashed, uncombed, unworn, and unaltered.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Note: If the item has been altered (bleached, dyed, or styled), we cannot accept it for any reason.
How to Report an Issue
To report a problem, please email us at [cassieluxuryhair@cassieluxuryhair.com] with:
1. Your Order Number.
2. Clear photos or video showing the defect or the wrong item received.
Order Cancellations
We pride ourselves on fast processing. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment.
• You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
• After 1 hour, we cannot cancel the order as it has likely already been processed.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
